Eric was great and very professional. The only issue I faced is that I had to call the shop multiple times to get updates on the car status. Would’ve been nice to get those updates without me chasing.

Mike was wonderful in being there, ready on the phone, the few times I called. Unfortunately given the number of vandalisms in the recent few mos, parts were on back order - it was 3 weeks before I got my wheels back. But Mike was very upfront about the status which I appreciated. Also the Car including an extra items outside the claim was addressed. Appreciated also the Car Wash! Thank you!
