You have associates who are well trained and have the skills needed to get the job done. I was very impressed by the experience shown by Bethany. When I initially pulled up with my damaged vehicle in the parking lot, they were standing outside...and she immediately identified the problem with my vehicle and I heard her telling her colleagues what someone else had told me was needed to repair my vehicle. She was right on point. That first impression was very welcoming. I want to thank Bethany for the prompt response and the follow up when my vehicle was being repaired. I am very satisfied with the work done on my vehicle and the excellent customer service I experienced from Mr. Fofana( front desk) and the other youngman whose name I can't recall Great job!!!!!!
