I damaged the front of my Transit Connect Van and if I had my insurance pay for the damage it would be classified as a collision and the $ threshold was $1,000 which would raise my premium. Jose Ortega and the shop foreman assessed the damage and were confident they could put the front end back together. I paid out of pocket and didn’t involve my insurance for several hundred dollars less. I bought the car into the shop in the morning and by noon it was back together. The damage was clearly my responsibility and had a satisfactory conclusion. When I’m in need of a collision repair I will definitely return. One other thing I noticed is the cleanliness of the repair shop.

Also I was very conscious of the cleanliness of the facilities.

Everything went pretty smooth. There was a parts delay that delayed pick up for a day. That threw things off a little since I didn’t know about it until the end of the day that it need another 24 hour. I did get a text right before to show a delay. However a call with the more info about the delay would have been helpful for my planning.
