There was a part of the repair that was not performed. Was told insurance would not cover that high seems like a lazy answer

Jennifer Sappington made my experience at the shop worryless from the minute my daughter and I walked through the door. She took the time to explain about the process to fix our car and she texted me every step in the process. I was so happy to get the car back so quick and it looked brand new. They really took the time to shine our car in and out. Not only Jennifer, but it seems like the entire crew there from the front of the office to the gentleman in the back are super nice.
