Everyone was professional and courteous. The estimating process was easy and once I dropped off my car it was ready in the timeframe given to me. I also appreciated being able to leave my rental car at the shop and staff coordinating its pick-up for me with Hertz. While having to deal with the inconvenience of car repairs is never fun, you made it about as painless as it can be. Thank you.

I was told on Dec 7 the car would be ready Dec 10. Dec 10th mid morning I was told it was almost ready. Then I got a phone call saying it wouldnât be. I responded that I needed the car back today for work reasons. No help. My husband called the owner and he seemed surprised but went and checked. And I got the car back by 5pm. There is some communication breakdown between who sends texts and the office.
