Service was great. From the time I walked in to find out when my Car Could be dropped off for repair was Spot on. The only slight issues was the parts took longer then expected to get to shop So I was uncleared until I called to know when my car Might be done, after that call I got tons of text updates. Other than that, excellent service car looks fantastic!!!

Repairs looked good. But a day or so later the pre-collision and hybrid errors showed up and I was afraid to drive the car. Luckily I got it to you after a weekend of no car and it was fixed.

Jennifer was great in dealing with the insurance company. The repair is perfect. The only thing is they forgot to wash and put armour all on the front passenger side wheel lol.

The repairs are perfect. For some reason the surface behind the hub caps of the car are now rusted over. They were not before the car was at Fix Auto.

The only quibble I have is that when my car was ready to be picked up from the Hyundai dealer, it took a while, and the communication on that day wasn't the level that I had become accustomed to from your facility.
