The overall experience was amazing from dropping the car off and picking the car up was 10 out of 10, best experience ever the staff is amazing. So I want to highlight the positive. When I was at the shop maybe a year ago , the experience was amazing. From the receptionist up front until I checked out and got the vehicle back.I was extremely happy with the work that was done, the matching of the existing paint, and the detail after the job was exceptional. The staff who helped me as well were courteous and i've made recommendations to many people about my experience in the job they did. This experience the gentlemen, who checked me in who may have been the same guy Idealt with last time once again.An amazing job. The guy checking me out, getting my vehicle was just so so not bad Not exceptional. The work this time, flat out not as good? The rear bumper cover does not fit like OEM or its not installed correctly? Also they knocked off a small chunk of paint when I assume when they reinstalled the bumper cover? This vehicle was a two thousand fourteen honda odyssey , with two hundred and ten thousand miles, i'm not super worried about it. If this was my Tesla, F150, or 57 Chevy this would be a big deal. I figured not a big deal because when I opened the door and look at the detailing job of the interior it's gotta be great and it wasn't even close to great, It was rushed. Overall, I'll still probably use fix auto, but the 2 experiences were like night and day as it pertains to the work and detail.
