The only complaint I have is that no one called me to schedule the car drop off once the estimate was completed. I waited for 3 weeks for someone to call, I finally had to call in myself. The girl at the front said the estimate has been done for a while and has no idea why no one called me.

The team at Fix Auto, is by far the most professional and provide the best body repairs that I have seen in all my 18 car accidents I have experienced. The manager James needs a raise for sure always making sure everything goes smooth.

They did not keep their work and did not have all the materials to fix my car. So I had a rental car much longer that I wanted. Since I am paying for all the repairs and the rental car. I did not want to put my car in for repairs till the needed replacements were ready. Then they asked me if they could send it to another Fixit shop that had more of the repair stuff. They kept the car for several; days redoing the estimate and coming up with $2,000.00 more, and taking their time repairing it. They then called me and said they did not have all the parts. The car ended up at a fixed shop in Claremont not any where Anaheim. I live in Laguna Niguel. I had my car fixed before by the Anaheim shop underinsurance and was happy with the repairs. I guess you do better if it is covered under insurance. I am paying for all this myself and told them I did not want to bring the car in till they had the parts and gave them a down payment. So I would not have to pay for a rental car so long. I will never tell anyone to use your shop again. I just wanted them to be truthful about the time. I understand there may be more expense when the got into the car. But all the delays from Anaheim and Claremont is a joke. I worked for the AAA club for over 30 years and know how it raises you insurance for several years. I did not want to have them fixed even thought it was not my fault it was it while I was in a store and the person did not leave any information. So I am stuck repairing my car.
