Kristin was AMAZING! She was incredibly helpful in regards to getting my car fixed but also assisted me with insurance questions that most people wouldn’t have taken the time let alone energy to explain to me. She goes above and beyond for customers. Even when there was confusion she ensured I was updated. Kristin also made sure that my rental pick up/drop off went as smoothly as possible.
