I was not happy when my I was told that it wou;d be done a week longer then it was first told to me! I waited a week so they could order the parts. After I told them I was not happy then I got a second call abnd that person change it 180 % and made everything right for me!

Such great customer service and work on my car. It look just like when I first got my car when I came to pick it up. They informed me with everything I needed to know. I am very satisfied with fix auto's work! I would want to bring my car back if anything else were to happen to it in the future! This will now be my go to place!

All the staff at Fix Auto Anaheim were extremely helpful and had great customer service. It was a pleasure to have my car wrecked and then repaired at Fix Auto. Well, maybe not the wrecked part, but the service received during the repair was excellent.

Fix it auto was completely professional with the service they gave us. I have used them in the past and will use them again (if needed). I would also refer them to anyone I know. I give them a 10+. As well as working with me and my needs, they finished my car in a reasonable time frame, guaranteed the work, and told me to let them know if any problems came up after we picked up the car.
