At the front desk, Eli was such a great help! She explained everything throughly & was super kind. This was my first time having gone through this process & I’m so happy she was able to help me, it made the process less stressful. There are zero complaints, the job was done fast and super good. Can’t even tell that my car had been hit. I appreciate everyone there!

The customer service was truly exceptional and went above and beyond my expectation. They called the rental car company to pick me up directly from the auto shop when I dropped off my car and they even delivered my car back to my home because of my work schedule. Their service felt very personalize and thoughtful. I can genuinely recognize sincerity, compassion, and true customer care and this team demonstrated all of that. They made a stressful situation much easier and treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect throughout the process. Truly outstanding service!!!.
