From the beginning Ricardo, Vatche and Chloe made me feel welcome, comfortable and confident that my vehicle and myself were in good hands. They kept me informed through the repair process. There was one part that is on back order, but I was assured they would call when the part came in and when to return for the last portion of the repair. Fixit Auto is the BEST this side of heaven. 😀

Really enjoyed my experience at Fix. I received updated communication throughout the entire time my car was there. The parts came in sooner than expected which was a bonus. The repair was done quickly and my car was washed as well. The shop was clean and the employees were great. Thank you

They did not replace the outside door panel - completely removed? Also now there is a significant rattling sound coming from the rear deck, which was not present before I took the car in.
