I couldn’t believe what an effortless process FIX made this! The level and clarity of all communication was fabulous-the calls, the texts, and the timely informative updates. The quality and efficiency of the repair work really impressed me! The building and waiting area was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated for the holidays and the freshly ground coffee served free smelled great. The highlight of the experience was the exceptional treatment by FIX employees!! Allie and Ellie were SO kind, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They truly made a potentially unpleasant experience of having to repair my car one without stress. (Thank you!) The icing on the cake was picking my car up & seeing the FIX team also detailed and cleaned the car-even dressing the tires!!! In decades, I’ve never had an experience like this when repairing a car-thank you all! Thank you Allie and Ellie, you are wonderful!! Happy Holidays!
