I cannot say enough on the customer service received here. Tyler went above and beyond to work with the insurance company, and get me back into my car in no time at all. He even went the extra mile and patched a hole in my tire that I had no idea was there. And then to top it off, washed my car so I could see the quality work the team did on my car. I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

This was the best auto body shop experience I have ever had. I have raved to family and friends about how communicative they have been and how upstating they have been. They refixed some other auto shops botched repairs on the house. It was amazing.

I was working with Martin on our Cadillac Escalade for a lower light replacement and had the wheels re powered coated and painted. Martin was great to work with and very professional. He kept me updated on our vehicle the whole time it was there.

This is out 5th time having damages repaired to our Mazda, and every time the costomer service and quality of repairs has been quite satisfying. I don't anticipate having to use Fix Auto for a 6th time, but if it happens then I will again be telling my insurance that we prefer to bring it there again.
