Was given the runaround multiple times about ordering OEM mirror for my truck. Should have been upfront since the beginning and given me the option to pay for the difference or purchase it my self. Manager also initially tried to brush me off on a call I made stating I needed to speak with my rep (who was not in the office that day) since “he didn't know anything about what was going on with my truck” is what he said. Rep also promised a call cack on multiple occasions we spoke and he would never call. My dashboard was also damaged while my truck was being repaired and there was no accountability and no apology was given.
