We had what normally would take other body shops we've used 3 to 5 days to complete. This took 2 weeks. The shop informed us they were waiting for parts. Would have liked to have my truck while they waited, but they never gave us the option. I assume they started the job before they knew what parts were needed (?). Also charged our insurance for a taillight they didn't replace, just rigged it on, (plastic attachments were broken). They could have removed the glue from the tape we used to keep it on before we had the work done and we wouldn't even have noticed. Other than those two things, the work done looks great and the two women we talked to during the process were very pleasant.

The spoiler that go at the bottom of my bumper was not put on my car because it was never ordered. So my car was not completely fixed to how it was before the accident

Everyone I spoke to was very nice. However, they didn’t seem to have a solution to complete the work on my car in a timely manner. So we were kind of forced to just take it as is.

I am so beyond impressed with this company. They are so helpful and kind and went above and beyond to help me in my first car accident that was a hit and run. I got my car back within a few weeks and it looks so wonderful. I deff recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for a company who treats you like family and does wonderful work.

Was very satisfied with the work. Could not tell anything had been fixed. The only area that could use improvement is the cleanup. I noticed there was a substance on the inner windshield that was not cleaned prior to returning to me.
