Only got a call A couple of times (I believe 2) the whole time our vehicle was in the shop. Was told several times I would get a call that evening or next morning- never happened. I called several times to get updates. Was signed up for text alerts, never received any other communication via text. We were told at drop off there would be updates every Tuesday and Thursday- absolutely not the case with me. Staff was very friendly when I called and in person.
