While the folks at the Buena Park location were a pleasure to deal with, especially Cortney! I won't ever bring my car back to Fix Auto nor will I EVER recommend the Buena Park facility to anyone. The Center Manager Ron Ferron is a joke! When I brought my car in and was going over everything with Cortney he came outside and became very confrontational. I'll set the stage for you, a couple of years ago I had brought my car in to the BP facility and after the repairs picked up my car, but when I got home I noticed that my back seat hadn't been installed correctly. I went back and Mr. Ferron was less than professional when I was not happy that they had left my back seat not installed correctly. Fast-forward to last week when I brought my car in and Cortney and I are going over everything Mr. Ferron comes outside and proceeds to ask me if I remember him. I told him vaguely and he responded that I should since I wasn't happy with him previously. He did this in a very confrontational manner, and as a VP of sales, if one of my folks did this to a client they'd no longer be working for me. He should have kept his mouth shut, and in actuality shouldn't have come outside at all. He wanted to be confrontational which is exactly what he did! Even when I picked my car up he was extremely condescending. Be assured that I won't deal with any company Mr. Ferron is associated with ever again!! On the other hand he really should take lessons from Cortney on how to provide excellent customer service. I?ll also be talking with the Auto Club as well.

Very Thankful for the service at fix it auto Buena Park. Their concern for customer care and satisfaction is very evident. My truck looks great and they even cleaned it for me. Courtney was very kind and courteous. As upset as I was having to go through the stress of an accident she helped calm that down and made it a very pleasant experience. Will be back if I need any other work done on my families vehicles and will spread the word. Thank u fix it BP

I have taken my car here twice already and each time,the result has been excellent. The personnel have always been professional,knowledgeable, and courteous.
