I am extremely happy with the service you provided. You always kept me up to date as to where my car was in the process of the repairs. David Tzeng was always very polite and answered all my questions. I also loved that when I got my car back it had been washed, vaccumed and in good order. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication, i am extremely pleases D with the service snd assistance I received. You a made my life a bit less stressful.

Unfortunately this was my second time back. I've had this car for about a year. A buddy recommended you guys, so I tried it the first time. I returned because of the professionalism and courtesy I've experienced from Jimmy Diaz. He is the reason I returned. And the great work done by the shop. I'm very big and judgmental when it comes to customer service. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I dropped my car off on Monday and got it back Tuesday. I couldn't believe how fast it was finished. I was told it would be done Wednesday,but the parts came in sooner. Jimmy was on top of it like last time. He kept me informed of the status. He was faster than the text messages I received. Jimmy is awesome! He can do great things for fix auto if given the opportunity. I'll never go to another body shop. PS I don't normally give such great reviews, but I was 110% satisfied.
