I was a little panicked when I first arrived because I have two small children with me, one of whom had high special needs, and I was unsure of how the process would be. To my surprise and delight, the front desk staff was extremely professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me call Enterprise to give me and my kids a ride to go pick up my pre-reserved car. They kept me informed of the entire estimate and repair process via text and email, which made things super convenient. And the repair was top notch and impressive, they even went as far as washing my car, inside and out. We were hit last week and our bumper (and backup sensor) was damaged, but now it looks brand new as if nothing had even happened. The turnaround was supposed to be one week, but they got it done in a couple days, just in time for the weekend. If you have AAA, do yourself a favor and go with this AAA Preferred Partner - you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Fix Auto Buena Park team!

My passenger speaker is making a fuzzy/ popping noise that has never occurred prior to the accident. As well my back seat sensors seem to be acting up. I noticed all my seatbelts were buckled after picking up my vehicle. After unbuckling my seatbelts my backseat seatbelt sensors continue to ring.

We were kept up to date on repairs. Car was repaired in less than 2 weeks. Only thing was it needed a new battery which we weren't told about until we picked it up.
