I wish I could give a higher score because the customer service staff were kind and courteous, but overall this was one of the least transparent vehicle repair experiences I’ve had. I was originally told the repair would take less than a week, but I didn’t receive my car back for over a month. I wasn’t informed that the timeline had changed until I reached out myself after not hearing anything for quite some time. I was told the wrong part had been ordered, which delayed the repair. I completely understand that mistakes happen, and I was then told it would take about another week. However, two more weeks passed before I finally got my vehicle back. Unfortunately, when I picked up my car, the condition it was returned in was disappointing. The interior had leaves and dirt that weren’t there when I dropped it off. Clothes I had in the back appeared to have been stepped on with muddy shoes. The window repair also seemed rushed—the window tint was peeling and had air bubbles, and on the repaired door, one button was missing while another wasn’t installed properly. The customer service representatives were friendly and tried to help, which I appreciated. However, the lack of communication, the extended repair time, and the condition my vehicle was returned in made this a very disappointing experience.
