Eric was great he was straight forward professional and kind. He updated me even before my insurance could. They’re definitely on top of it. They did forget to put a heat shield back on my car but the heat shield was hidden inside my car and they would not have been able to see it. Eric offered to get it installed for me however I will be installing a different shield through a supplier and would require to remove that shield anyways so it actually worked out perfectly. Thanks Fix Auto for your professionalism

Terrible—absolutely abysmal service. My car is covered in grease—on the paint, the plastic trim, and the tires and rims. They didn't even perform the wheel alignment. I have already filed a report with my insurance company.

Given this shop was recommended for me by another car insurance (they were covering the entire thing) I cannot complain. However, if I personally was looking for a body shop, I would find a shop that would have better track record of paying attention to the finer details and workmanship. I own a 20 year old beater Toyota hybrid, I love this car dearly, I just wished the employees saw it the same way, instead of looking at all its wear and tear and thinking they can sign off work with less than perfect workmanship.

Cannot complain. I know paint defects are covered under the shop warranty. However the installation of the painted bumper onto my vehicle caused small (<1") but deep scratches to the paint. I do not believe the paint was completely cured because paint lift seemed a little too easy. I wish this job was done right the first time so I do not need to return to the shop.
