Fix Auto was so easy to work with and very professional. Sayra, my representative, was very friendly and helpful. She made sure that I was kept informed of everything being done and the communication was perfect. If I need work done again, no doubt I will return to Fix Auto.

The repair was done quickly, and I’m satisfied with the job. There was some miscommunication about the price though, and I’m still struggling with what to do about it. I was quoted a price by a gentleman (whose name I never got), and then he said Fix Auto was having a $250 off promotion. I put down a $200 deposit, but when I picked up the car, the $250 promotion was not deducted from the balance due. When I called the shop the next day, I spoke with a gentleman (whose name I didn’t get) who told me he’d talk with the office manager and get back to me before the end of the day. He did not. When I called back a few days later, I had a pretty contentious conversation with a woman who said the $250 was already accounted for by various discounted charges. When I pushed back and told her I was under the impression those discounts were because no insurance company was involved, she offered to refund my $250. I haven’t gone back to collect my money because I still feel covered in cooties by the conversation. I want my transactions to be clear and fair. I do my best to communicate clearly and respectfully. When things go south like this did, I feel depressed and demoralized about our collective future.

I am not happy with your third party vendors they charged me $1,225 for front end work that didn't correct the front end alignment .
