After an incident I was dreading the process of repairing my vehicle. A previous incident over 30 years ago the recommended repair/body shop was a horrid mess from the office area to the shop itself. My current insurance company recommended Fix Auto Chicago. The experience was extraordinary from the very beginning. The staff was very accommodating from the very beginning and worked with my schedule. When I stopped at the office to drop the car off, the office area was pristine. The staff is welcoming, very efficient and informed me of the process as to what was to transpire. Even the shop area is tidy and clean considering the work that is done. Customer service is outstanding. I was updated regularly and any questions I had were answered that day or I received a response within 24 hours. When I came to pick up my vehicle I was awestruck. The body shop technicians are amazing artisans. The repair is phenomenal!
