The job was done with much skill and consideration. I appreciate that time was taken to do a great job and not just slack off where others might. The customer service is excellent and I take comfort in receiving status updates about the vehicle. I also truly appreciate that the time was taken to clean the inside of the vehicle as well and when I got into the car it was like brand new to me which is a wonderful feeling. Thank you very much for the repair of my vehicle.

Jack is the best car service manager i have ever worked with. His knowledge and experience is amazing. He noticed so many issues that were not detected by the insurance estimate and got them all approved and fixed. The car was ready before the promised date. He also noticed the dent removal that was done by the shady Lexus Dealer (Bredeman Glenview Lexus) before selling the car to me. Great job!
