Good to find a certified Lexus repair shop that also had such high customer ratings from reviews (and a convenient location). I felt confident in their work throughout the repair process and appreciated the communication, friendliness, clean and updated customer-facing areas of their shop.

The rearview mirror vibrates now with louder music where it didn't prior to the theft and repair - not sure if that has something to do with the replacement of the windshield/camera/mirror, etc... But all-in-all - great work.
