Kelsey was really good about communicating on what was happening with the car and answering all the questions I had. Angela was extremely friendly and fun to talk to while waiting just a short time for Kelsey. I loved how the car was cleaned inside as well as outside. I will use Fix It every time should that need arise!

They worked with me on my appointment because I had some issues that they had to work around. Plus my car was so clean when I picked it up I was surprised. They cleaned it inside and out and it was a mess. My 2nd time it was in for repair.

Never! 11 days to fix my car! Insane! You’re to slow

The quality of the work was good. I will never do business with Fox Auto again and I will not recommend you. You took 11 days to fix my car. The damage cost $2600 and it showed around 17 hours of labor billed. They said the part came damaged but no one called me to say it would take longer when I called to say I was picking up my car. Do you just tell everyone there was a damaged part that arrived when you are taking to long to repair a car. I don’t believe this was the case. 11 days is ridiculous.
