I feel that my vehicle was not repaired properly. Due to my concerns not all being looked at or dealt with. I was also not kept in the loop with how my repairs were doing like I was told I would. I was also given my vehicle back with more damages then I left it with and no one has called me back about them. I have called multiple times and left a voicemail. I have yet to receive a call back.

The front desk people were very nice and helpful when I dropped my vehicle off. The person dealing with my repairs did not keep me informed like I was told I would be. And I was given an excuse of them being out, which is understandable but I feel that someone else filling in her place could have done so.
