Car interior was very dirty and dusty. Although the floors were vacuumed the dash and fixtures were extremely dirty. Also the car battery was dead upon my arrival. And the key fab was stuck in between the seats and console.

Customer service was the best part of dealing with fix auto. However, they never called me to update me on the fixes and delays of my truck. Seeing how it was almost 3 weeks late they should have called to inform me of the postponement other than me having to call.
