Mounting points for roof rack weren’t initially bent back into place. Problem was fixed when I pointed it out, but I shouldn’t have had to do that.

Communication was slightly not at my expectations, but the service they provided to my truck was a 10/10 for sure. They definitely make sure to send your ride back to you fresh and clean, which I indeed appreciate. Staff is friendly, and the skills set of the technician is superb. Didn’t even see where the damage was? It’s if nothing happened. Color matched the truck to perfection, they took care of her well. Thank you tons guys and gals!

I would never recommend this shop and I will never ever return. The Gresham fix auto is wonderful and we have used them twice before but since they are no longer partnered with Geico, I was told we had to go to the clackamas shop. Never again.

Terrible customer service. My calls were never returned. Days/weeks went by before anyone returned my calls and this was with me calling more than once before finally getting a call back. Zero communication on their part. Nick seemed great upon drop off and even called 3 days later to go over the repairs that were needed and that’s where all communication with him stopped.
