I would give 10 but they don't pay much attention to details, the back fender rap from inside shud be secured by plastic screws. They but metal screws

They did a good repair. Scheduling seems easy, but they weren’t ready when we took it in a month after the estimate. The paint job was ok. It matched but needs reworking that they have agreed to.

Super nice people. Our bumper looks great (we were hit in the rear). The only improvement would be better scheduling. We scheduled an appointment for a Wednesday were told it would take 3 to 7 days. According to the text updates (which we like) our car didn't make it into the bay until Saturday. In the end, you had our car two weeks. Bottom line is that we would use your shop again (hopefully we won't have to) but we would be much clearer about the timeline.

Repair took exceedingly long, no communication unless prompted by myself. Was promised that company would pay for additional rental car costs taken due to store delay. Nicholas has not responded to text message and has not returned voicemails and gave confirmation that would be taken care of in person when car was finally returned.

I’m am quite pleased with the quality of the body and paint work. The paint color match is perfect.
