He made the whole process easy, interacted with the insurance company directly and kept us fully informed of the progress. The result was a good as new repair, the car was clean inside and out. Very easy process start to finish. The front desk gal was so friendly and kind. My technician (Kelsey?) was very nice also and kept me up to date the whole time. I love that they do text message updates also! My car was also so dang clean when I got it back I was not expecting that! While I hope I don’t need my car repaired again, I would absolutely be back!

Outstanding service and communication, highly recommend! My car was sideswiped in a parking lot, and we chose Fix Auto Clackamas because we’d had a great experience with one of their sister locations in the past. This shop was also a preferred provider for our insurance company (GEICO), so it felt like the right choice and I’m so glad we went with them. From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. The woman at the front desk was so kind and reassuring, promising that our car would be returned to its original condition. She absolutely kept that promise. We were assigned Kelsey for our estimate and repairs, and she was amazing. She kept us informed every step of the way, communicated clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Our car had custom decals from the dealership that were damaged above the running board, and Kelsey even found a company to recreate the exact design so the finished result matched perfectly. She also made sure all of our upgraded parts were replaced with brand-new ones, arranged for an outside contractor to repaint our wheel that had been hit, and had the car aligned and fitted with a new tire. She even took the time to get us a quote for three new tires since ours were nearing replacement. A thoughtful touch that really stood out. The workmanship from the entire team was exceptional. Every repair was done with care and precision, our car truly looks brand new again. This shop does not cut corners. They really went above and beyond. Fix Auto Clackamas turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Kelsey and the front desk staff were both wonderful to work with, and their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were top-notch. I couldn’t recommend this shop more highly.

This is my second time doing business with you and I cannot recommend your shop enough. Your work is top notch, you have always had the greatest of customer service, and your communication is great as well. My truck my so clean and looked so nice when I drove away. The fact you were able to call my insurance and negotiate an extra day when I was too busy with work to make the call made all the difference! It was a major life savor because I didn’t know how I was going to pick up my truck while working and having to get my 2 year old from daycare. It was the exact help I needed in that moment that I would have been too guilty to ask for myself. Your shop should really be proud of the work you do and the difference you are able to make. Such a rare find these days where customer service seems to have gone by the wayside. It makes your shop stand out. Well done!
