I told that my car door is not functioning properly after collision I also mentioned that to insurance agent but they told me insurance didn’t mention and insurance told me the fix auto inspected and told them not related to collision I had this place I regretted take my car the their opinion matters not the customer problem will never recover to anybody

This body shop was recommended to me and I was totally satisfied. The professionalism and timely repairs blew me away. Everyone I interacted with maintained a friendliness. I dropped my car off it was filthy unlike me but nevertheless when I picked it up, it was clean inside and out. It smelled good and I couldn't tell my car was ever damaged. I would use this shop again and recommend it to my family and friends.

The logo “touring“ was not replaced on the back panel. The driver side brake light cover is cracked. I did not notice until I got home. I called and left a message. We did appreciate the interior cleaning that was done, and the exterior was very clean. Brian was very personable and helpful, and the team was very communicative through the process. Upon exiting the facility, the van’s front sensors were triggering “close object” alerts when I was making turns. That has not been an issue before.

You kept my car for 31 days, and only actually worked on it the last 7 days. After that, I had to take it back as the passenger side door panel was not assembled corrand it was making noises. You also missed polishing a spot on the passenger side that I had to point out. The people I talked to was always professional and cordial, I liked talking with them, but took way too long to get the car ready. Your team handled returning the car to the rental place, that was very convenient!
