Not quite sure of everyone’s name at fix auto Columbus but they treated me very well. They kept me up-to-date with my vehicles information and how far things were going and they did an amazing job with the paint job on my truck. I am extremely grateful and I will only be using fix auto Columbus in the future. I will recommend to everyone For repairs to be done at fix auto Columbus. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work on my vehicle thank you guys so much.

All the staff I met greeted me with smiles, They gave me an estimated time of when the work would be completed and actually had it ready ahead of time, they came to pick me up as I had turned my rental in. My car looked like it had just came off the showroom floor. I give them a 5 rating and recommend them for repairs.

The car looks great, like brand new! Took a long time tho to fix but there was a lot of damaged caused by hitting a deer at 70 mpr! Getting parts was crazy I guess which isn’t their fault. They drove me home when I dropped it off and picked me up when it was finished! Lisa and Chris are great!

The car looks brand new. Body work was excellent! The staff were friendly and professional.Lisa was great to talk to. Even tho I didn’t get the car back when estimated it was not Fix Autos fault. Getting parts from the Chevy dealer in a timely fashion was difficult it seems. I appreciated they drove me home when I dropped it off and picked me up to get the car when it was done! Again tho the car looks great! Thanks
