Would like to of gotten daily or every other day phone updates regarding the status of my vehicle’s repair. I know that Lisa no longer works every day. However, her sending out emails or other stuff sending out the emails daily was a BIG Factor when deciding to come back to your company!!

Long story short, parking sensors not working which makes a loud noise as an indicator, alignment is off in which the steering wheel is 15 degrees off center and pulling to the right. After driving the car a few blocks from picking it up, I ended up stranded on the side of the road in the mud for a hour due to all of the gas being depleted from the car! How insulting could someone be to feel comfortable handing me the keys to my car in this condition!!! UNBELIEVABLE and humiliating!
