Communication was terrible and this caused issues with the rental car and claims adjuster. The original time estimate to have the work done was half of the time it actually took. Their communication was so poor that I called three times to check on the progress but only receiving a reply one time, despite repeated promises to call me back. Until the very end, after I had expressed my significant dissatisfaction, they never once proactively reached out to me about the timing or cost of the repairs. I was floored when I called the day before they told me it would be done and was told it would be at least another week. At that point I asked what in the world they were doing and what the repair estimate was which had not been shared at all.
