I like the owner. I think he is tactful and honest. Dealing with him was excellent. However, his support staff is unorginized and rude. I called before leaving my house to check if the rental car was ready and she started out would be there within 30 min. I had a 30 min drive to crash 1 and all ended up waiting 30 min for the rental. I stated my availability for picking up my car due to my work schedule. I did not receive any call on Wed which was the expected pick up date. I did receive 2 unpleasant voice mails thurs and fri that i NEED to pick up my car today. I had started i could only pick it up wed or friday evening......

I just wanted to say that Kathy and Denise gave exceptional customer service!! I was extremely impressed with how they both did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied!! Denise was amazing as she called me every day like I requested to give me updates on the process of my car completion! I will most definitely choose Fix Auto in the future. A+++++
