You guys were so awesome to work with! Staff was super transparent about the timeline and process and was always super caring and understanding whenever I called. I even called them to ask them to look to see if they could find something in my car and they checked and called me back (I actually had the item the whole time on accident just misplaced it). The staff was so friendly and remembered who I was when I walked in the door to pick up my car. They let me take my time to examine it when they dropped it off and made dropping off the rental car easy. The whole staff was amazing and I was impressed! Fix auto definitely was the best part of this entire unfortunate situation because they did a great job on the repair, they were fast, friendly, transparent. I’d go back.
