Carina has the worst attitude for a receptionist. This place refused to blend the adjaction panels, insisting Tesla will deny the request, I called tesla, they approved. Now my alignment is bad and carina ( the receptionist)is saying that its my problem because the impact is from the rear. Stay far away from this place. And dont be fooled by the other reviews.

I brought my Tesla in for body repairs, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, Daniel was communicative, and incredibly courteous. He kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. When I got my car back, it looked even better than when I brought it in! The quality of the work was flawless, and the attention to detail was second to none. You can tell they take great pride in what they do. Hands down, this is the best customer service I’ve ever received from any auto shop.
