This seems like an unfair question because I cannot recommend or discourage anyone from using Fix Auto El Monte because I have no idea

I am saying dissatisfied because I do not now what fix auto El Monte did for us. Did the declare our vehicle a total loss? Did they do special adjustments for out of State? I just don't know. ..so if there was a place select not applicable I would check that. I'm hoping that checking dissatisfied will catch someone's attention because we had an awful experience. I don't know if that was Fix Auto El Monte or if that was the tow truck company or if that was state farm-insurance

I felt that my husband and I were out of communication with fix Auto El Monte. But again I'm not sure if it was Fix Auto El Monte we should have been talking with or our State Farm agent.

Took my new truck to the El Monte shop for repair. Very disatisfied with substandard repair. Left orangepeel, contaminated paint, new scratches, and burned my paint from buffing.
