Customer service was very good, but I could tell my rep was super busy. I didn't receive a call back, but am guessing it's because the receptionist was not there or they were short-staffed? I would have liked one or two text updates regarding the status of the job.

The car looks great and you cant even tell the bumper was swapped, however my headlights are not aligned properly and theres a gap of darkness in the middle while driving at night. They are also hard to reach over the phone since they dont pick up half the time during their business hours .If they pick up or once in the shop, they have amazing friendly service.
