After calling to set up my initial appointment, I googled them because of the way the gentleman answering the phone behaved. I wish I had listened to the reviews & picked another spot but I was in a hurry to get my car back to looking good & thought it would just be easier to go with the insurance companies suggestion. Upon dropping off, I felt the feeling that was described in an online review & understood what the woman meant. They clearly aren’t interested in women coming into their space. As for my car, the outside looks good but the backup camera is not behaving as it did prior to me taking it there. Unfortunately, I’d rather not bother them with my presence again (better yet, I don’t wanna feel uncomfortable) so I’m just gonna live with it! Which is sad because it’s a brand new car. Boooo! I do think I’ll reach out to the insurance company though and let them know about my experience.

There wasn’t really any “Customer Service”. No smile, no dimes, no offer of water. Just took my keys, I spewed them the problem area & they sent me in my way. Same for pick up. No relationship building at all! I guess they don’t need repeat customers or their families to use them.
