I am missing a lug nut in one of the wheels. steering wheel is pulling to the side and it feels hard. I was told that the-rack pinion was changed , but still having issues with the steering wheel

Very disappointed with my experience. When I got my car back the painting job looked cheap and poorly done it look paint sprayed over tiny pebbles. My sound system worked perfectly fine before dropping it off, now it makes strange noises and doesn't function properly. I would not recommend this place.

I was very pleased with the communication and dealing with our particular situation living in the SF Bay Area. Unfortunately, there was one problem: our right front tire was over inflated by 20 lbs ! Fortunately we caught it after a couple of hours. In the words of Laker great, Chick Hearn, “No harm, no foul”
