Auto downtown went above and beyond! After declining to pay an extra fee to get the entire bumper replaced, they replaced it anyway without any extra cost! We really felt taken care of!!

Not sure if an alignment was done, there was no explanation for that. I had a brand new windshield wiper left inside and it’s gone so not sure if they installed the new one or threw it away. Overall you guys fixed it way faster than any of shop where we had a Tesla getting repaired, thank you!
