We’ve used this place twice and recently they helped me with our car and the insurance that paid for the damage on our car. BEST customer service! When you arrive in their office everyone is so helpful and nice. They update you on everything! They did such a good job on our car damage and they kept us updated. They also made sure they got the insurance check. After work was done they had the car cleaned. It was perfect! Thank you!

Auto downtown went above and beyond! After declining to pay an extra fee to get the entire bumper replaced, they replaced it anyway without any extra cost! We really felt taken care of!!
