I was disappointed to find that they attempted to charge a 3% surcharge on credit card transactions. I informed them that this practice is illegal in California under Senate Bill 478, known as the ‘Honest Pricing Law,’ effective July 1, 2024. This law requires that any additional fees, including those for credit card payments, must be included in the advertised price. Despite this, they insisted it only applied to restaurants and continued to try charging it. This was quite disappointing.

The repair went well. The delivery wasn’t. Electronics were changed and don’t work properly. Dent was fixed and painted well. But other issues arise from that repair.
