Went here as my insurance suggested it. My brand new e-car was involved in a hit and run while parked, the back of the car was hit real bad. I was impressed by the ease of the process and the outcome. I would recommend FixAuto to anyone who is busy to call all the time and check on the status of the repair, but eager to get their car back fast. If your insurance suggests this shop do not hesitate.

My car was held hostage because of paperwork issues submitted by FixIt Auto. I had to have my rental extended and get special permission from the insurance company to do so. I felt that communication between the insurance and the office personnel was lacking and that I was caught in the middle of some kind of feud that was initiated by the dropping of Fixit auto as a listed provider for USAA.
