Fix repaired our Rivian R1S as quickly as possible and kept us updated throughout the process. They work directly with the insurance company which alleviates a lot of stress, especially after an accident. We thank Fix for getting our Rivian back to us as good as new.

Job is incomplete, they only fix the cosmetic part. My right and left door keep making noise. Before my car was inpacted it didn't make any noise from the doors and now they both make noise. I was told my mercury insurance that I was going to receive a phone call from Fix auto(which I haven't)and there's been two days already and nothing.

Clyde was excellent and extremely professional, efficient and communicated well. Both women (drop off and a separate during pick up) working the front desk were underwhelming. It stood there for a Few minutes before being acknowledged and even then there was a nonchalant and someone annoyed attitude towards me. They can use some customer service 101.

Fix was very responsive, on time and updated us on our progress throughout the repair process. It was a very pleasant experience for an auto collision shop. Hopefully I won’t have another issue, but if so, I would work with them again.

It was a good experience from start to finish. The women in the office are top notch in doing their work with good communication, efficiency, friendliness and good humor. The work on my car was done in half the time expected and it looks just great. A big surprise was a cleaned, vacuumed interior! Should the unfortunate need arise in the future, I would again use Fix Auto Downtown SD for bodywork.
