It was a good experience from start to finish. The women in the office are top notch in doing their work with good communication, efficiency, friendliness and good humor. The work on my car was done in half the time expected and it looks just great. A big surprise was a cleaned, vacuumed interior! Should the unfortunate need arise in the future, I would again use Fix Auto Downtown SD for bodywork.

This place is the best! I took my car in following an accident. There was body damage all along the driver’s side and front bumper. Laura, who is always on top of things, kept me totally informed and up to date of the repair’s progress. The car was ready when promised and it looks better than new! They did an amazing job. I highly recommend Fixit. I hope I never have another accident or have any body damage but I know where to go to get the very best service, repair job and the most professional staff in all of San Diego.

ONLY negative so far was the potential for pain a $123 credit card fee. Appreciate you want to recoup your expenses here, and charging the fee is a business policy decision, that’s fine. Would recommend, though, you stress to future customers that they direct their insurance companies to pay you directly instead of paying the insured who will then pay you, typically via credit card invoking the fee. else’s service has been fantastic! Would highly recommend you.
