Phone customer service was crap. Simply asked when my vehicle was expected to be complete and the woman on the phone said, âItâs done when itâs done.â I proceeded to wait almost a week for my car to be finished without any update or time estimate. They didnât even tell me they had to order the part first until after I handed over my car. Something that shouldâve taken a few hours took a week, ridiculous.
