It’s not always a pleasant situation having to get your car repaired but I was beyond satisfied with the whole process from leaving my car to picking it up. Lalo and front desk were so efficient and made the process so easy. I really appreciated the texts I would get throughout the repair process. Selected Fix Auto El Cajon based upon customer reviews. Communication was easy and effective throughout the entire process. Received updates via text message every step of the process and the estimated completion date and pickup time was able to be met. I mean what more could you ask for honestly. Yes there are unexpected surprises that occur but that is outside the control of business if they happen to occur but thankfully regarding my experience that did not happen.
